Mr. Miao is a highly seasoned investment professional with 19 years´ extensive experience in private equity, fund raising and industry research. Prior to joining CRCI in 2009, Mr. Miao worked as VP with Benedetto, Gartland & Company, which was established in 1988 as one of the first investment banking boutiques to specialize in raising institutional capital for alternative investment funds. Before BGC, Mr. Miao spent 7 years in HNA with multiple roles and broad responsibilities, including Head of Asset Management Center, Head of Investment Banking Department and CFO of HNA HK, in parallel also as Strategic Assistant to the HNA CEO.

Mr. Miao received Bachelor´s degree in International Investment from Wuhan University. He also studied Portfolio Investment at NYC during 2006-2007.
