Mr. Wang is based in Beijing. He is a seasoned expert in Sino-German M&As. Prior to joining CRCI, Mr. Wang was a Partner at the PwC’s Transactions Services Department. Before PwC, he also worked at Deloitte Germany, assisting German MNC’s operations in China.
